We all know that we do it, so let’s just cut to the chase. Every year we tell ourselves that our New Year’s Resolution is to work out on a regular basis and lose those pounds we’ve gained over the past year (most notably over the holidays). But after a few weeks of going to the gym or working out at home, we start to give ourselves a few days off, which turns into weeks, which then turns into never.
Here are some definite must-haves for 2015 that will keep you motivated while working on the new you!
Kevlar Cable: Yurbuds Ironman Inspire ($37.99)
We all know how annoying it is to have your earphones fall out of your ears every few minutes when you’re trying to listen to your awesome playlist. However, with the clever design of coating the buds with medical-grade silicone, they will never fall out with running or hurt your ears. These bad boys are also water resistant! Can’t get much better than that.
Eco-Friendly Water Bottle ($8 – $30)
Having an eco-friendly water bottle is an awesome way to look trendy and help save the environment. These water bottles come in all kinds of colors and patterns that fit your style and can be found easily online or in stores. If you are constantly thinking about becoming healthier and stronger, you’re more likely to succeed.
Yoga Socks ($8-$20)
Yoga is a great way to work on your flexibility, balance, and strength. If you’re a yoga lover or just want to give it a try, you might want to invest in some yoga socks. These reasonably priced socks (that can be found on Amazon for around $10) help you grip your mat easily in order to accomplish the correct poses. In return, you are better able to focus on pushing your body to new lengths and not focusing on falling over or slipping on your sweat. (Image: Gaiam Grippy Yoga Socks $8.99)
